  I agree with the previous post. Nice guys working here doing a good job. But when you go to their website it gives a price list based on year of car, so my 2010 car is priced at 29.95. However, when you get to the test station, their price list states it is 89.95 for all car years? I was confused, so I said to the guy, 'I thought it was 29.95'. He said, 'no way, nowhere charges 29.95, never'. I said 'thats weird, I just saw it on your website I'm sure'. I opened up their website and sure enough I was correct. The guy said 'ok, but that's a coupon, you don't have a coupon'. So, now I'm confused. I said 'so, I need an actual physical coupon to get that price?' 'Yes' he said, 'like this one' and actually produces a paper coupon from a newspaper with 29.95 written on it. So much for 'never' charging 29.95. He says, ' you will have to go and print that coupon to get that price', referring to the price list on their website that isn't actually a coupon. I said 'ok, do you have a printer I can borrow?'. Finally, with a smirk, he says ok, I can do it at this price, but I'm supposed to have the printed coupon...... (WHAT COUPON?)
  So, not good business practice and seemed like they were trying to scam me.
